RLS is a disorder of the part of the nervous system that affects movement of the bodies appendages. This condition affects the feet, thighs, hands, arms and most of all the legs. While this may start at any age, it is more common in the middle aged.

RLS symptoms usually start in the evening and especially when you go to bed and are trying to fall asleep. The body might be exhausted, but the legs want to dance. This condition usually leads to insomnia; in fact it is considered to be one of the top four major sleep disorders.

There are some things that make RLS worse that you should avoid. Alcohol and caffeine which is found in coffee, tea, chocolate and also fizzy drinks and tobacco. Stay away from anti-psychotics, anti-vomiting, anti- depression and anti allergy formulations.
